I promise I will get better at this as soon as we get a new computer!
Bo is in his 17th week of the academy! I cannot believe how fast it is going by. It is getting easier and easier according to him, the junior class came in last week and it seems that since then the TACT staff had let up on Bo's class a little more. Right now they are working on shooting, every Friday they get to shoot guns for like 4 hours, every man's dream. He said they are shooting sometimes 500 rounds per week, all paid for. They have to qualify in all these different positions, with both left and right hands, so it makes it difficult. He still cannot believe he is getting paid for this, he loves every minute of it.
I started a new temp job yesterday, i am still working for Mt.San Jacinto College, but I am working full time in their assessment center on the San Jacinto campus. I am on a 90 day contract for this position, so i still will have to figure out something after that, unless they rehire me again. I am glad this is only a 90 day position though, I think I would lose my mind if I had to be here longer than that. All I do is monitor students as they are testing, check them in, and input scores, it is not very exciting at all. I am very thankful though that God has blessed me with this full time position for the time being, he always provides!
and a look into how we live by God's grace daily.

No internet!
So I think it is about time Bo and I buy a desktop computer, they are getting so cheap now! Both of our laptops have biten the dust, it is really bad, and we have been paying an internet bill for the last 3 months, but have not used the internet at home one time, what a waste of money.
Anyway, So Bo opted out of an 8 mile "fun run" on Friday to do a 2 mile benefit for the special olympics "fun Run" on Sunday, sounded like a good trade to me. Can I ask why the heck do they call them FUN RUNS anyway? Kind of an oxymoron don't ya think?! So the run on Sunday started at 2pm at pechanga, it was about 100 degrees on Sunday, so I felt so bad for him, but of course Bo never once complained. We were at the White's house on Sunday after church, so Renee loaded him up with all this electrolite stuff, and he went and ran and Renee and I floated in their pool.
So on Monday when Bo went back to work, to his surprise everyone that did the run on Sunday didn't have to do any physical training that day, and they were treated to starbucks by one of their officers. (and he gets paid for this! woo hoo!)Bo was pretty stoked to say the least!

Aunt Kim!
My lovely Aunt Kim from Prince Edward Island came out this week to visit. My cousin had graduated from Florida Institute of Technology this last weekend and is a pilot now, I am so proud of him, he makes me laugh harder than anyone (and I laugh pretty hard with Bo). So before flying back to Canada my Aunt came here to hang out for a week, I only had her for 3 days (picked her up Sunday morning, which is why we were not at church for those who were all so stressed out about it, :-). She is so cute, she reminds me so much of my grandma Jane, but don't tell her I said that. She is such a fun person to be around and love, she is one of the most generous people I know and loves her kids with a passion. I wish you all could meet her.

These are my cousins Ada, Nathan, and Alex, my Aunt Kim in the middle and their dad, Henry. This is in their backyard in P.E.I.
